It’s sweet and juicy, making it the perfect treat to quench your thirst during the summer heat.

This large round fruit has a green rind and bright red flesh. It’s also packed with nutrients, including antioxidants and vitamins A and C.

So We sharing a recipe from Togan People. Just because this is one of my most favorite drink.

This ‘Otai is a great drink for a hot summer day. It is also very quick to prepare- just combine shredded watermelon with canned pineapple, shredded coconut, and coconut milk in a large bowl. Add in enough water to reach your desired consistency (some use coconut water).

Stir in sugar to taste and serve chilled with crushed ice for a delicious and refreshing drink. Other variations may include mango or mountain apple (fekkika).
