I’ve included step-by-step instructions for the easiest overnight bush breaky ever, and some of my favourite flavours to experiment with.

Out Back in a Jar Breaky Prep: 10 Minutes Serves: 4 This delicious and colourful bush tukka weet-bix parfait is the perfect quick and easy breakfast recipe. Ingredients: 8 Sanitarium Weet-Bix 2 cups DAVIDSON PLUM FRUIT FROZEN. (https://melbournebushfood.com.au/collections/frozen-fruit) 2 cups natural yoghurt 4 dsps MUNTRIES diced powder (https://austsuperfoods.com.au/native_ingredients/muntries/) 1/4 cup toasted flaked almonds Method:

  1. Using a small saucepan, warm the davidson plums until just defrosted and producing small amount of juice but still keeping their shape

  2. Roughly break-up Weet-Bix and add to each glass

  3. Divide berries in each jar then top with yoghurt

  4. Add Muntries fruit powder then fill jars with another layer of Weet-Bix, berries and yoghurt

  5. Top with flaked almonds
